I have been following a high carb diet for almost 6 weeks now, Using all my extra energy to try and growww. It has been difficult trying to adjust and cope with out of whack hormones but nothing worth having comes easy. Monday I started my new diet which is ketogenic (high fat low carb) and I am also playing around with process of elimination to see what works best for me!
