From ambassador @sageclegg: I just can't get enough of our public lands in this beautiful country! @freshtracksshop and I decided to visit Bryce Canyon National Park for the first time this month & instantly fell in love with its colorful hoodoos & scraggly bristlecone pines. I can see why this place was chosen to become a national park, but as I gaze out over one of the "longest views in North America" I wonder about the fate of the rest of the public lands here on the Colorado Plateau, including the recently reviewed Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument. A ranger mentioned over 4 million visitors came to Bryce this year, a record high. I hope recreation will someday be seen for the viable use of our lands that it is- with 4 million visitors, this park creates a thriving tourist industry based on appreciation of the natural world!
