本日は、クラチカ ヨシダ 表参道に入荷した2017A/W新作「ポーターガール グラン」シリーズよりデイパックをご紹介いたします。表地はタテ糸がコットン、ヨコ糸がナイロンの生地を一度染料で染めた後、顔料染めをしたダブル染色加工を施しています。またナイロン糸を使用することで、手触りに適度なシャリ感がうまれ軽やかな風合いに仕上げています。通常製品に使われる生地は、染色などの工程で水分を含むと縮む性質があるため、収縮した状態で使用するのが一般的ですが、このシリーズの裏地には、生機(キバタ)と呼ばれる布生地の染加工する前の収縮していない織物を使用しています。表地(染色加工により、すでに収縮している状態の生地)と裏地(収縮していない生機)を合わせて縫製した後に製品洗いをすることで、それぞれの生地の縮率の違いにより、ギャザーのようなパッカリングやシワをより効果的に出し、その特徴をデザインアクセントにしています。軍用品に見られるワッペンをモチーフにした円形のPORTERの刺繍をフロントに施しミリタリー要素を取り入れながらも、気負わずに使える雰囲気も特徴の一つです。

Today, we introduce DAY PACK from 2017 A/W new "PORTER GIRL GRAIN" series which arrived at KURA CHIKA YOSHIDA Omotesando. The warp yarn is cotton yarn, the weft yarn is dyed with dyestuffs of nylon once, then it is subjected to double dyeing processing with pigment dyeing. By using nylon thread, a sense of moderate sharpness is added to the touch and finished in light texture. Generally, fabrics used for products are generally shrunk because they have the property of shrinking when moisture is contained in processes such as dyeing, but the lining of this series includes a cloth called KIBATA I use uncontracted fabric before dying of fabric. By sewing together the outer material and the lining, washing the product, by the difference in shrinkage ratio of each fabric, like gathers We put out more puckering and wrinkle more effectively, and make that feature a design accent.It is one of the features that you can use without feeling it while adopting circular mortar elements with a circular PORTER embroidery with a motif in the military items.
