It's normal to be judged on the ice when skating. But it's totally not cool to judge people for who they are and how they look. Psoriasis is a chronic, autoimmune disease that affects the skin. Many patients who suffer from this often feel left out. I want to stand by them and show that they are not alone in this. That is why my shirt is Inside Out, to show my support in conjuction with World Psoriasis Day 2017.
In my efforts to raise awareness for this, I hope @ryanyee @chanyimay & @markcjo would join me as well. In fact everyone can join me by posting with your clothes worn inside out for a day and using the hashtag #PsoriasisInsideOut
