Current situation;?- I guess it wasn’t such a good idea to lift 106 kg @jeremy.mettendaf during a play fight ? normally I could but my back wasn’t feeling it this time! pretty bad injury at the moment so I was up all night walking through the house trying not to feel the pain.
Anyone who has ever pulled a muscle here’s some advice!;
❄️ Try Cryo therapy, I did mine this morning by being in -110C. It improves blood flow, puts more oxigen into your blood & you will recover faster!
? Don’t stop moving! The moment you are gonna be a couch potato all day your muscle will cramp up and it will only make it worse. So a light cardio session is perfect!
??♀️ Stretch your complete body after the cardio session and drink more water than usual. ?
For now, it’s only gonna be recovery training and supporting my muscles with some @womensbest branched amino acids??! I’m off to the physiotherapist bye.. ??♀️? #Injury #glutes #fitnessmotivation
