I've done my knee surgery yesterday.
My doctor did all he can...He explain that my meniscus and cartilage to be damaged by long term climbing...Well even though everything goes better than few weeks ago???
昨日、膝の手術がおわりました。医師の方にはできることを尽くして頂きましたが、自分の半月板と膝の軟骨は長年のクライミングで相当傷んでいるようです。もしそうだとしても、数週間前より良くなって欲しい???
