During #PradaRongZhai’s arduous revival, some of the century-old teak wood needed to be stripped of paint, which exposed incompatible plywood used in earlier repairs. These missing portions were restored using hand-sanded vintage wood stained with natural shellac derived from insect secretions and buffed with multiple coats of beeswax.
