Pool Scum progress report from @fosterhunting: "This is how one shot from our first project, POOL SCUM, comes together. This shot is 50 frames, a little over 2 seconds and is composed of 4 passes; an animation pass (the puppet is moved frame by frame), a green screen pass (so that we can remove the arm that holds the puppet and replace the sky), a lens flair pass, and a clean plate (so that when we remove the puppets arm we have what's behind it). The camera motion is mapped out on our motion control machine, a giant computer controlled robot arm, that repeats the same motion perfectly. These 4 takes are then comped together on #aftereffects and this is the final result."?
