This beautiful dog is Candy. She's about to celebrate her 1 year anniversary. But it's not a good anniversary… It's a horrible anniversary. You see, she's been at the shelter for 352 days. Candy is a great dog who does well in the shelter dog playgroups and is incredibly loving with people. Despite all of that, she scheduled to be put to sleep tonight because she hurt her paw trying to climb out of her kennel. She has a three-year-old, #bluenose #pitbull, 50 lbs.
