Working on being powerful & aggressive, but technically sound & graceful even when fatigued. Definitely hard to do when you just want to “get through the set”, but it’s the attention to detail & forced patience/strictness with technique during those times that really make a difference in the long run. 120kg/264lbs for A TON of 2+1’s for tech work in the second sesh today ?? @eleikosport
