Today’s #RoleModelMonday, @モニーク・コールマン, I had the pleasure of meeting at the IDA Awards. She is an ambassador for the UN and has done some amazing advocacy work using her platform to give others a voice. You probably recognize Monique from all her great acting work on Disney channel, but she has continued to progress her career as a philanthropist and activist, empowering today’s youth. She was appointed the first- ever “Youth Champion” by the United Nations, and has done monumental work drawing youth together and providing them with inspiration, hope, and tools to cope with the many issues that are unique to them right now. Thank you for being someone we can look up to!
