Ask any Burton employee and they’ll tell you that our culture is everything. It’s been fun since day one, because @jakeburton77 and @donnacarpenter know that happy employees drive us forward.
Perks like employee ride day, free season passes, and no-work-on-a-pow-day have been around forever. Same with doggies at work, no dress code, and a work hard/play hard approach. We get half-day Fridays in the summer, grow organic veggies in our garden plots, drink free kombucha from the tap, and nobody can tell you that you can’t go skate the bowl at lunch. What’s the point? This place and our people feel like family, a foundation that allows us to eclipse almost every goal we set for ourselves. We plan on sharing some of those goals with you in the coming months, bringing you closer to the Burton brand and the lifestyle we created.
