So turns out when I jumped at World Championships I was jumping with a stress fracture in my navicular bone ?? no wonder I struggled so much!
So if you need me in the next 8 weeks il be relaxing with my feet up- I'm in this cast and have to be non weight-bearing!
This is devastating news and was far from what I was expecting- but after going around in circles trying to find out what was going on with my foot, I'm glad there is now a road to recovery! I'll be back and I will be stronger ??
