So I was just tripping that today was the first day that I really dialed in our house crip since our Mom lost her battle with cancer (Thank goodness for @michellewinter_sweets taking care) ... it got me thinking about PTSD ... war is so obviously traumatic that it's easy to see the negative effects it has on the phsyce and have compassion for those people who have experienced it ... but war is not the only traumatic experience ... there are a lot of other horrific things that happen to people in their lives ... that made me wonder if the truth is we don't all have a little PTSD going on in some way because lets be honest ... this life can be pretty traumatic ... if we saw each other in that way and had grace and compassion knowing we're all a little messed up because of the shit we've gone through maybe we would understand and relate to each other a little better and life would just be that much better ... anyways ... just a thought #GoPro
