""This morning, I said goodbye to my little man. I am absolutely heartbroken, but I feel so blessed that I got to be his mommy. Oliver was the sweetest, most thoughtful and selfless being I've had the pleasure of knowing. In late June, I had major surgery and my little man never left my side, during my recovery. He was always concerned about Elle and it was his duty to protect her. My little man was vocal and we had long conversations often. He fought so hard to beat the virus, he showed signs of fighting right up until the end. I stayed up all night with him and before he was put to sleep, I prayed with him and told him once more about his family that would greet him on the other side. He passed away in my arms; it was my turn to be strong for him. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank all of our friends who stuck with us and prayed for us or sent warm thoughts diligently! I could not have made it this far without you. Elle and I will live on, but the memory of Oliver will stay strong in our hearts. I will ask of you one last request, please make a donation to the Bria Fund in memory of Oliver. The money will go towards finding a cure for FIP. The link is in my bio.
