The Gratitude Rock gained popularity from The Secret. In the film, Lee Brower described how he used his gratitude rock by placing it (much smaller than the one pictured) in his pocket and as he did, he would pause and think about all the things he was grateful for. Each time he would reach in his pocket, it would remind him throughout the day.
