Stop into the Pine Tree Café from 11 to 11:30 this morning for a demo of sunflower seed and honey butter, sponsored by @wholefoodswestchester and @wholefoodsnyc, then head over to the NYBG Farmers Market through 3 p.m. to pick up the ingredients to take home.
