Pineapple Chicken
Ingredients:
?1 (2 to 3-pound) - whole chicken
?1 - pineapple , cut to size of beer can
?1 tablespoons - Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper
?1 tbsp - olive oil / or cooking oil or melted ghee butter

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Wash chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Completely dry!
3. Brush or rub oil on chicken.
4.Cut pineapple to the size of beer can.
5.Place chicken, open end down, over the pineapple to insert pineapple into the cavity. Place chicken, standing up or lying down on baking sheet.
6.Place chicken in the oven for 15 minutes and then lower temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for another 1 hour, or until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
