“At the top the Empire State Building, you can behold an incredible view of the heart of Manhattan, New York, USA. As the flickering neon lights below light up the night skyline you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world. I decided to use the TS-E 17mm f/4L to get rid of distortion using the “shift” function, and the “tilt” function gave me an interesting miniature effect.
