Melon, pineapple, mango, and other summer fruits are delicious choices for kakigori(shaved ice), but after all... this is Japan! Where would we be without the Kakigori Japon? It combines the flavors of green tea & subtle roasted tea with toppings like adzuki beans and warabimochi(a jelly-like confection made from bracken starch). I recommend this one if you like traditional Japanese flavors.
