12 Years ago I ate at a Georgian restaurant in Moscow. It was so different and so tasty that at that moment right there I decided one day I would go to the Caucasus just to eat their delicious food. That's really all I knew about the country back then.
.
It took me more than a decade, a lot of dreaming, a lot of hoping, and a lot of time trying to make friends in Georgia so I could have the best possible trip to this mysterious place.
.
So here I am, sitting in the middle of a centuries old fortress smack in the middle of Georgia the country. A place I had longed to visit for years. Just keep that goal in front of you whatever it is. One day it will happen.
.
Even if that goal is eating somebody else's food. LOL. ??.
