Dear animal lovers! Today I want to tell you about a new social project called “TEDDY FOOD: a new way to make homeless pets happy”. With this project, people can choose pets from shelters all over the world and help them in different ways (feed, buy toys etc), and what is more - check the result of this help in real time. For each act of help users get points and titles: check www.teddyfood.com.
This is a unique project which was created by a group of animal care enthusiasts. For now, TEDDY FOOD has been working for 1 year in beta testing phase in Russia. During this year 110 homeless cats and dogs have found their forever home. Many of others have received help from users all over the world. We can help thousands of other animals if we connect more shelters across the world and tell more people about this new and easy way to help pets.
With this in mind, we decided to start a crowdfunding project on Kickstarter. If we manage to raise the necessary amount, we will be able to connect shelters in the USA, Spain, Poland, Austria, Germany Japan and other countries. Additionally, we will create a mobile app and involve over 50,000 users. This way it will be possible to help more than 10,000 animals.
