We are heartbroken to share that a couple of weeks ago we lost Paco to cancer. One of the sweetest souls and the heart of the Coral & Tusk family, we will all miss him dearly. Coral & Tusk founder @stephanie_coralandtusk and her husband @clacinak's incredible Cane Corso Mastiff, Paco was nothing but love in our studio for years. Many of you that visited us in Brooklyn will remember his friendly presence and his warm and gentle greeting welcoming you to our studio. Our favorite co-worker and Coral & Tusk Mascot, we could spend hours snuggling his sweet face and would look forward to him wandering over to check in with each of us daily. Last year he moved with Stephanie and Chris from Brooklyn to Wyoming. We were are all thrilled to visit and observe Paco's immediate comfort and happiness in his new home, surrounded by beautiful and expansive land to roam and explore.
Stephanie and Chris rescued Paco from Cane Corse Rescue @canecorsorescue in 2011, a wonderful organization specializing in work with this fine breed to support transportation, adoption, fostering, rehoming and ownership of any Cane Corso dog or puppy. We are so thankful for all the work Cane Corso Rescue does for these dogs, and for connecting all of us to Paco!
Paco's love and big personality inspired Stephanie to add his character to many of our embroidered items from pillows to his own pocket doll and badge, and in honor and celebration of his life we are featuring all Paco items on our website and will be donating 50% of proceeds from sales of these products to Cane Corso Rescue starting today through Sunday, and 10% of proceeds on these items thereafter.
