One last boulder-training in the gym among a week full of firsts:

It's the first time I'll try out my new SCARPA shoes in competition - curious if the newfound ease of pulling with the toes will come in handy.

The qualification on friday will also be the first in a long time in which I'll enter with very modest goals: starting late into the season, with no indicators of where I stand after my injury in comparison to the pack, will hopefully lead to every reached hold giving me a newfound assurance that this is what i love to do! In training I sure still know it!
