来日中のStefan Marx（ステファン・マルクス）さんが、クラチカ ヨシダ 表参道にお越しくださいました。
ドイツ・ハンブルグのスケートボードカルチャーを盛り上げているアーティストで、彼の描くドローイングの世界はスケートボードシーンのみならず、多くの人に愛されています。世界中で作品の展示を行い、国際的な評価を得ている彼は様々な賞を受賞しており、ドローイング集“85 Zeichnungen”は2009年にスイスの最も美しい本の1つに選ばれています。その他、自身のバンド“The Dead Sea”も所属するレーベル、Smallville Recordsではヴィジュアルを担当。また、ドイツ各地の大学でレクチャーも行っており、最近ではワイマールにあるバウハウス大学でドローイングの授業を行っています。

Mr. Stefan Marx visited KURA CHIKA YOSHIDA Omotesando during his stay in Japan.
He is an artist from Hamburg, Germany who plays an important role not only in the skateboard culture, but draws illustrations cherished by all kinds of people. He has been exhibiting worldwide and recieving various awards internationally. “85 Zeichnungen”, a book of his drawings was selected as one of the most beautiful books in Switzerland, 2009. Moreover, he also does the visual of the record label “Smallville Records” which his own band “The Dead Sea” is also under. Currently he also does lecture in several colleges and teaches drawing at Bauhaus University in Weimar. Thank you so much for your visit during your busy stay.
