Meet today’s incredible #RoleModelMonday… Qian Hongyan, a now teenage girl who lost her legs in a traffic accident when she was 4. She made headlines years ago for "walking" with the help of a basketball due to her family's inability to afford proper prosthetics. Qian always had dreams of being a swimmer… and with patience and perseverance she made her dreams come true. She joined a swimming club for disabled teens and has won numerous medals in competitions. Qian fought against the odds to become a champion swimmer and through her accomplishments has shown us that staying driven and optimistic can unlock incredible things.
