When I was meditating last morning , I just noticed something very important.
The trees are breathing , and they have their own “language“ to be connected with other plants. I mean, so have every plants and animals. Also, we could “hear” them if we concentrate deeply.
I don't know if you could understand what I'm trying to say but, I just felt the necessary to share with all of you what I thought yesterday.
We should be so grateful for being in such a beautiful planet🌍🌴✨🌱❤️

昨日の朝、外の木と風を感じながら瞑想をしていたら、何か凄く大切なことに気がつきました。
木って、他の木や植物と常に繋がっていれるように、彼らなりの“言葉”があるんですよね🌳きっと植物も動物もみんな同じだけど。それに、私たちは深い意識の中で集中すれば、それらを“聴く”ことができる、って思ったの。
言いたいこと、伝わるかな？笑
昨日はなんだかとても強くそう感じたので、みんなとシェアしたいなと思ったんです。
私たちは、こんなに美しい地球で生きれてること、本当に心から感謝しないと🙏🏻🌍🌴❤️✨
