Steak and potatoes kinda night!
I don't eat chicken. I normally eat grass fed steak or wild caught fish. I don't eat animal protein everyday. I don't have anything against vegans or vegetarians. I rarely ever eat potatoes simply because I don't care for them (there's nothing wrong with them). I listen to my body and what it wants. I believe cravings are usually there to tell you your body is needing something. I assess it and listen to it. Today I was feeling for steak and potatoes so...that's what I had. ??‍♀️ Learning to trust your body is one of the most liberating feelings!
