30 years ago this month in HB. I used to stay with #PeggyRullo who owned Black Market leashes and sponsored my brother and I. We hung out at #ChuckDentSurfShop everyday and surfed the north side of HB Pier. @peterbrouillet would take us around socal and Mexico to surf all summer with #SeanCollins and we'd generally run into #LarryMoore aka Flame. That's when @surfline was a phone number with a recorded report each morning and Sean used to teach us how to read weather maps from New Zealand to know what was headed our way for 10 days later.
