As Japan and France both have a strongly-rooted artisan culture since long ago, the #FondationJMWeston promotes an exchange between young French and Japanese craftspeople, known as the J.M. Weston Foundation Awards. During their training, the participants will have to produce a pair of exceptional shoes through the support of local master artisans and the study of their methods.
