"#Oceans give us life. They are home to the majority of the Earth’s plants and animals and hold 97% of the world’s water. They produce more than half of the oxygen in the atmosphere, and absorb the most carbon from it. Oceans heal us. When we think of a relaxing vacation, we think of sandy beaches by the sea. When I enter the ocean, all the difficulty of life disappears, and is replaced with a complete sense of being in the moment, in bliss. Diving is the closest I have gotten to a true meditative state. The ocean is powerful, and it’s important. Let’s all take a minute to consider and appreciate this beautiful blue expanse on #WorldOceansDay, and the many species that call it home. It's “Our Ocean, Our Future” — we need to take care of it."
