Anyone who knows me knows this something I always say & something that has always stuck with me. When your going through it at work, in a relationship, or with your family & you are just stuck & don't know what more you can do...ask yourself 'what can I control?' I can control my attitude. Having a positive which also then effects how I treat other people. I can control the lifestyle that I lead. Getting into the gym & being active everyday! Which also is a great stress reliever for me! I can control what I eat - this is a hard one because it seems so easy to read on paper but when it comes down to it you just don't wanna sometimes! ? You can control the amount of effort you put into something. Sure, life isn't fair. Sometimes no matter how hard you work or how many hours upon hours you put in to work it may go unnoticed & you may not get the promotion you deserve. But your hard work & dedication is setting you up for something else in your future! You just can't see it yet! So whatever situation your in when you hit a wall & you feel hopeless - control what you can control.
