When supermodel #DoutzenKroes heard about the crisis facing elephants and the effect their loss would have on our planet, she was compelled to get involved. After her first visit to the Elephant Watch Camp last year, Doutzen returned inspired and with @ティファニー launched the #KnotOnMyPlanet campaign last September.
