It's hard to put into words how much meeting @kirstengillibrand last night and discussing #SheHerdPower and ways we can work together meant to me. Her book #OffTheSidelines is life changing.Since joining the Senate in 2009, she’s been advocating for equal pay, paid family leave, and tougher sexual assault policies on campuses and in the military. And when it comes to getting more women into politics, she’s put her money where her mouth is. Her Off the Sidelines PAC has raised millions of dollars for women running for office in recent years. My favorite take away of the evening , was feeling hopeful and inspired the same way I did leaving the #WomensMarch. We will #Resist . We can't give up. We must keep fighting. Thank you Senator! I'm so proud to be a woman and a voice for change.
