This product has a special place on @martemorphosis and my vanity as we literally chanced upon this product and bought it immediately. Call it an impulse purchase that turned out very well indeed!

I was going through a very bad time with my health and my skin suffered as a result. I was shy of repurchasing my HG La Mer The Concentrate when I decided to give this a go. Am so glad we both did, as this is my best and favourite skincare find of 2016.

It immediately brought about calm to my inflamed, angry skin. Within 10 minutes of application, my skin looked less red and it took quite a bit of the heat away. The morning after? Soft, glowy skin! Of course, this did not get rid of the inflamed skin overnight but it smoothed out dry patches and scaly skin wonderfully.
The Gel is sticky if you apply a tad too generously. Thin layers are highly recommended if you don't fancy having hair stick to your face the way it does when wearing lip gloss.

I only use this in the evenings because I still have a cartload of moisturisers to use up, but I have not been able to put this down ever since I got my hands on this.

Two months later, I'm still suffering from the odd cystic zit, but skin is looking a lot happier and less angry looking.
