The native New Yorker has taken in the bedlam of 1980s Time Square, the dreamy pastels of 1960s LA and the chaos of 1950s Wall Street (pictured here). ⠀

“It’s part of the curse,” Newman tells TIME. “Because you can do so much.”⠀
