'Although the contemporary street art scene may have started primarily with a spray can, nowadays a wide variety of mediums are used - from stickers and paste-ups, to the 3D trash sculptures of @b0rdalo_ii. One of the most interesting techniques is that of ‘creative destruction’ utilised by @vhils. The Portuguese artist physically carves away the very surface of the wall to create his images, even experimenting with small explosive charges.
