Just finished a morning hike. Some days I feel guilty that all I have in me is a hike. I used to have a lifestyle that allowed me to go to the gym 7 days a week. Now, I'm lucky if I make it three to four times. With traveling and an unconventional schedule, it can be really hard to workout as much as I'd like to. Some days I feel too thin and some days I feel too big. The best part of being in the @1stphorm family is the support and encouragement the brand gives. They're not about being perfect and immaculate at all times, but really about inspiring you to do the best you can.
