Two years ago today on a quiet stretch of 7th Ave South in the West Village, we set out to open a new kind of bakery, one where we could make desserts to order, where we treat time as an ingredient. Over the years, we've met so many of you from the neighborhood and from all over the world, we've created all-dessert tastings upstairs in our kitchens, served up soft serve ice cream cones at the window on the side of the shop, teamed up with some seriously amazing chefs to create dishes together, and lots more. Happy Birthday, @DominiqueAnselKitchen! And thank you to everyone who has visited us over these past two years. We can't wait to share many more with you.
