For the @Marc Jacobs AW17 show, smartphones were banned. Instead of the high-octane theatrics for which Marc’s shows are renowned, a silent and pared back Park Avenue hall played host to the collection - a beautiful homage to American hip-hop - worn by a cast that included LOVE 17.5 girls @adwoaaboah, @slickwoods, @ウィニー・ハーロウ and @lilynova97. "I stood in the left wing room with the girls, watching them walking out one by one into the dead silent room. All that you could hear was the echo of platforms of wood," said @belleleighsmith of filming the collection. "Everyone's eyes were glued to a dead silent monitor, so much was being said in the silence... And with such beauty."
