Q: When working with a client do you show them works in progress or only the final finished design after the initial briefing?
A. No matter where you are in the world, our design process is always the same. It's designed to be very collaborative and hands on. We partner with our clients to create impressive designs and take them through a very special, white glove, personalized experience. Every client works closely with our team and is presented many rounds of ideas and design revisions until all details are perfect. We send you paper and ink samples and we pour over all the elements to ensure all is just right before sending to print. We pride ourselves in being curious, innovative designers who are dedicated to excellence so there are no secrets or hidden details always striving to guide you through the creative possibilities so you can have fun and enjoy.
Since custom design is such a collaborative creative process, I believe it's only fair to the client that they are involved every step of the way approving each detail so we are always on the same page and ensure a successful project!
