On 27 April, Christie's will bring to auction an extraordinary group of Qu'rans that demonstrate the evolution of their production across the centuries. Taken together, these exceptionally beautiful works reflect a real range both in terms of calligraphy and illumination.

The Art of the Islamic and Indian Worlds sale takes place from 10am on 27 April at Christie’s London, King Street.
