Filming the finale dinner for @duckdynastyae was surreal! I'll never forget the first one we filmed. Before we ate, we all bowed our heads and Phil offered up a prayer. The producer asked, "Do y'all do that every time?" We answered, "yes!" We had no idea what was about to happen or the kind of impact that prayer at the end of every episode would have. That prayer is the number one thing people tell us they love about the show. It's our sincere hope that we've provided a fun show the whole family could watch together, that we've been a little bit of salt and light to the world, that we've encouraged you to forgive those who've wronged you, to not be too proud to laugh at your mistakes, to live with gratitude and generosity, to love on those to the right and left of you, and those on the other side of the world, and most importantly that we've used whatever fame or spotlight we've had to remind you that there's a God in Heaven who loves you totally and completely, and always pointed that spotlight on His Son, Jesus!
