You might recognize Naki Depass from the elite runways of Burberry, Prada, Givenchy, and Céline, to name just a few. Believe it or not, the Jamaican newcomer never dreamed of being a model growing up. “I was set on going to University — fashion was something I had never really thought of,” she admitted. Yet somehow, the multi-hyphenate managed to make both happen. “I’m studying to be an accountant at University right now, [and] I really love it!” That’s right; she’s got beauty and brains, because ICYMI: they’re not mutually exclusive. When she’s not strutting what she’s made of at major shows or giving her all at school, Naki is just your typical teen who loves spending time with her friends and fam back in Jamaica. “Being away from home is tough,” she tells us. “But seeing all these beautiful places and meeting so many wonderful people is the best.” Needless to say, we can’t wait to see where Naki’s already-successful career takes her, but one thing’s for sure: we see a whole lot of ✨magic ✨in her future.
