Good morning Tokyo! Getting ready for #DABGinza opening day this WEDNESDAY 3/29 at 10:30am. Here's Shimo-san building our Ginza-only Pull-Apart Blossom Cookie, a beautiful flower made of more than 20 hand-made honey-rose tuile cookies, each filled with lychee cream, and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar to finish.
