The idea for exhibit #ChatsworthHouseStyle came about when Lady Laura Burlington (@laura_burlington), Countess of Burlington, searched the Chatsworth textiles archive for a christening gown for her son, James. On seeing the numerous boxes in the archives, filled with clothing and textiles amassed over the centuries, she asked the Duke and Duchess if she could invite an expert to take a look. The expert turned out to be @hamishbowles, Editor-at-Large of @Vogue, who helped curate the archive into #ChatsworthHouseStyle. Lady Laura Burlington (@laura_burlington), Countess of Burlington wore a #Gucci Signoria tuxedo and high-neck shirt to celebrate the opening of the exhibition, which will run until October 22. #GucciPlaces #AlessandroMichele
