Netsuke is what that came up my mind when I thought about a name for the latest boulder I climbed the other day in Murg. A miniature world of boulders hidden in the forest surrounded by the big mountains around. It has been a tough year with Mary loosing both her parents not even a month apart. Everything else became secondary and so the climbing and difficulty. I would say around 8b/c - still not sure... a beautiful overhanging line a little to close to a rock at the sitstart, but otherwise very nice! For the 50's Wedding Anniversary of my parents (it would have been the 50's Anniversary for Mary's parents as well) they wished a family trip to Japan! We wanted to cancel the trip, but Mary insisted that we should do it anyway. So maybe soon I will be able to post some pictures of a real Netsuke from Japan! #bouldering #climbing @fiveten_official @e9clothing @blackdiamond @climbskinspain
