I absolutely love this machine because there's a lot of ways to use it for different exercises. This exercise is great for isolating the triceps! You can do different variations of this exercise. I place my hands on the outside of the step to get a wider grip for me I felt it better this way. I used this exercise to burnout my triceps at the end of the workout with a superset!??
