INGREDIENTS:
?16-Mushrooms
?Cooking oil / as needed
?2 cups-Chopped spinach
?2-Minced garlic cloves
?3 ounces-reduced fat cream cheese
?3 tablespoons-grated Parmesan
?Flavorgod Cajun seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
?set the oven to 375 degrees
?brush mushrooms clean and take the stems of each mushroom and chop
?add oil to hot skillet and sauté the chopped mushrooms along with spinach, cream cheese ,Flavorgod Cajun seasoning and minced garlic.
?stuff the inside of each mushroom cap with the spinach dip mixture
?sprinkle the top of each mushroom cap with Parmesan cheese
?bake in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes.
?sprinkle with a touch of Flavorgod Cajun seasoning, enjoy!
