Sometimes being selfish is the right way to do something. Pointing that desire inward to what your heart really wants. In the end it is you and only you that has to live with the decision you made. If these decisions are made with anyone or anything else in mind? It might grab a tiny bit of glory, but will be short lived. I've made that mistake hundreds of times building things and driving things and even who I chose to be with. I have always looked back and asked myself what the fuck I was thinking. Those selfish decisions I made though? The ones I made purely for me, and what my heart coaxed me to do? I have never regretted a single one.
The heart is never wrong.
